What it removes

Everything JMD holds for your account, permanently, the moment you confirm: your profile and resume, your experience, education and skills; every application you've tracked and its history; the resumes and cover letters JMD generated; your application details; your saved searches, daily queue, reminders and notifications; and your email connection — JMD stops reading your inbox and discards its access, along with its record of what it read.

If you subscribe to JMD Pro, the subscription is cancelled at the same moment, so nothing more is charged. Reports you sent to support stay with support, no longer linked to you. Our database backups keep a copy for up to seven days, then it is gone from those too.

It can't be undone.

How

Sign in, then go to Settings → Delete your account and type the confirmation phrase. If you want a copy first, Export your data is just above it on the same page.

Write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with, or use the help form, and we'll delete it for you.
